ServiceNow CMDB ITOM Consultant
This role is responsible for providing expert advice and operational support for the optimization of the ServiceNow Configuration Management Database (CMDB) using ITOM Visibility. The consultant will contribute to the enhancement of IT service management workflows and enable data-driven decisions across the organization. Responsibilities include:
- Analyzing and assessing the current ServiceNow CMDB landscape to identify optimization opportunities.
- Designing, configuring, and implementing ITOM Visibility tools and integrations within ServiceNow.
- Supporting IT Service Management (ITSM) initiatives by aligning CMDB data with service delivery processes.
- Managing IT Asset Management tasks related to accurate asset tracking and data integrity within CMDB.
- Defining and executing the strategy and roadmap for ongoing CMDB and ITOM improvements in line with organizational goals.
- Building documentation and delivering knowledge transfer on best practices, processes, and operations.
- Collaborating with IT teams to ensure CMDB aligns with business objectives and service management frameworks.
This position requires advanced ServiceNow Administration skills and working proficiency in English; knowledge of French and/or Dutch is an advantage.

- Proven expertise in ServiceNow Administration, with deep practical knowledge of Configuration Management, ITOM Visibility setup, and CMDB best practices.
- A strong foundation in IT Service Management and IT Asset Management principles, with an ability to see both the strategic and operational value of well-governed data.
- Experience in advising and partnering with senior stakeholders to shape IT strategy and create robust roadmaps aligned with organizational objectives.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, enabling the translation of technical insights into actionable recommendations for diverse audiences.
- Fluency in English and proficient communication in French and Dutch, confidently engaging with international and multicultural teams.
- Adaptability and a collaborative spirit, with the drive to work autonomously while integrating seamlessly with internal teams.
- Commitment to quality, integrity, and continuous improvement, ensuring best-in-class delivery and fostering knowledge transfer throughout the organization.
