Supply Chain Manager

Als Supply Chain Manager bent u verantwoordelijk voor het optimaliseren en beheren van alle supply chain processen binnen een complexe productieomgeving. U vervult een sleutelrol in het verbeteren van operationele efficiëntie, het managen van externe logistieke partners en het implementeren van continue verbeteringen. Deze positie vereist sterke leiderschap, strategisch inzicht en het vermogen om verandering te stimuleren in een multifunctioneel team.

Belangrijkste Verantwoordelijkheden

  • Beheren en optimaliseren van plant-gerelateerde supply chain processen, inclusief Forecast to Stock en Order to Cash
  • Leiden en implementeren van supply chain verbeteringsinitiatieven en continue optimalisatie programma's
  • Managen van relaties met externe logistieke providers en zorgen voor naadloze samenwerking
  • Coördineren van supply chain activiteiten tussen verschillende functionele afdelingen en niveaus van de organisatie
  • Analyseren van supply chain data en KPI's om verbeterkansen te identificeren en resultaten te rapporteren
  • Leiden van veranderingsinitiatieven en het managen van complexe transformatieprojecten
  • Communiceren met stakeholders op alle niveaus, van shopfloor tot senior management
  • Bouwen en leiden van diverse, inclusieve teams met duidelijke doelstellingen en gezamenlijke agenda's
  • Reizen naar verschillende locaties (5-10% van werktijd) voor operationele oversight en stakeholder engagement

Profiel van de Kandidaat

Wij zoeken een ervaren supply chain professional met een sterke achtergrond in senior management, uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden en het vermogen om verandering op collaboratieve wijze te stimuleren. U bent analytisch sterk, kunt diverse teams samenstellen en bent in staat om complexe interfaces tussen functionele afdelingen effectief te managen.

Vereiste Ervaring & Expertise

  • Bachelor- of masterdiploma in bedrijfskunde, economie of gelijksoortig vakgebied
  • APIC CPIM certificering (bij voorkeur)
  • Aantoonbare ervaring in een senior supply chain management rol
  • Diep inzicht in plant-gerelateerde supply chain processen
  • Ervaring met supply chain verbeteringsprogramma's en continue optimalisatie
  • Grondige kennis van Forecast to Stock en Order to Cash processen
  • Ervaring met het managen van externe logistieke providers
  • Vloeiend Nederlands en Engels
