Als Claims Manager in de zorgsector leid je het management van schadedossiers en stuur je een toegewijd team aan binnen een toonaangevend Belgisch bedrijf. Dagelijkse verantwoordelijkheden omvatten het coördineren en optimaliseren van het volledige claimsproces, het waarborgen van een klantgerichte dienstverlening en het nauw samenwerken met interne en externe stakeholders.

  • Aansturen van een team claimsmedewerkers en hen begeleiden in hun dagelijkse werking.
  • Beheren van complexe schadedossiers, inclusief analyse, opvolging en administratieve afhandeling.
  • Coördineren van communicatie tussen verzekerden, zorgverleners, verzekeraars en andere betrokken partijen.
  • Zorgdragen voor een efficiënte en kwalitatieve afhandeling van dossiers, waarbij klanttevredenheid centraal staat.
  • Leiden van en deelnemen aan verandertrajecten, met als doel continue verbetering en optimalisatie van processen.
  • Helpen ontwikkelen van strategieën op het gebied van claims management en serviceverlening binnen de zorgsector.
  • Waarborgen van naleving van relevante wet- en regelgeving en interne procedures.
  • Rapporteren aan het hoger management over operationele prestaties en lopende projecten.

In deze functie worden sterke communicatievaardigheden in het Nederlands, Frans en Engels verwacht, net als een brede ervaring in team- en projectmanagement, administratieve coördinatie en veranderingsmanagement. Je bent een sleutelfiguur bij het vinden van overeenstemming tussen diverse actoren, met een uitgesproken klant- en servicegerichte aanpak.

Profielbeschrijving

We zijn op zoek naar kandidaten die zich onderscheiden door hun natuurlijk leiderschap en hun vermogen om teams te inspireren en te motiveren. De ideale persoon beschikt over een masterdiploma (of gelijkwaardig door ervaring) en heeft bij voorkeur minstens vijf jaar ervaring in het aansturen van teams, bij voorkeur in een complexe en veranderende omgeving.

  • Tweetalig: U heeft een uitstekende kennis van het Nederlands of het Frans, met een erg goede beheersing van de tweede taal. Daarnaast kunt u zich vlot uitdrukken in het Engels.
  • Service- & mensgericht: Een klantgerichte houding en echte belangstelling voor mensen staan centraal in uw manier van werken.
  • Sterk in communicatie: Zowel mondeling als schriftelijk weet u helder, overtuigend en verbindend te communiceren met diverse belanghebbenden.
  • Ervaren leider: U beschikt over brede ervaring in people management, change management en het begeleiden van businessprojecten in complexe organisaties.
  • Organisatietalent: Een sterk analytisch en organisatorisch vermogen stelt u in staat om overzicht te bewaren en prioriteiten te bewaken, zelfs onder druk.
  • Goed met digitale tools: U heeft een degelijke kennis van Microsoft-tools en technologie vormt geen hindernis voor u.
  • Sectorervaring: Ervaring binnen de verzekeringswereld of de gezondheidszorg is een duidelijk pluspunt.
  • Teamspeler: U bent een echte bruggenbouwer met uitgesproken samenwerkingsvaardigheden en voelt zich thuis in interdisciplinaire teams waarbij overeenstemming en draagvlak centraal staan.

Finance Director | Qatar
