The CAF success story isn’t just about groundbreaking projects and innovative technology; it’s about the talented individuals who make these achievements possible. Morgan,a remarkable HR at CAF, speaks in detail about this triumphant journey. Morgan's role is like a Swiss Army knife, covering everything from recruitment and payroll to being the go-to person for our technician employees in Belgium and Luxembourg. It's a diverse spectrum of responsibilities that includes handling legal matters, administrative tasks, and overseeing Health and Safety (HSEX) aspects – truly a jack-of-all-trades.
For CAF, one of the biggest difficulties has been finding the right talent. As Morgan puts it, "The biggest challenge for now is finding the right people." Our main goal was to tackle this obstacle by providing the perfect match in the most suitable timing.
The collaboration between CAF and Gentis was a game-changer. At the heart of this partnership was Gentis' unique one-stop approach. "It provides a seamless channel to connect with candidates via various avenues.”
However, true success is never just about one person; it's about collaboration and the sharing of essential information. Morgan reflects, "Today, I've realized that for recruitment consultants to work effectively on our positions, I must provide them with crucial information. It's essential not to adopt a 'hard to get' stance. I'm as vested in their success as they are in finding the right candidate.”
"The outcomes were impressive," Morgan emphasizes. "Over 3 to 4 years, we've closed more than 20 deals." In this journey, the CAF success comes to life through the potent combination of collaborative efforts, Gentis' commitment to excellence, the spirit of teamwork, and the remarkable contributions of talented individuals.
