Operations & Sales Support Executive - Project Cargo

Job description

In deze rol ben je verantwoordelijk voor de coördinatie en opvolging van breakbulk-, special equipment- en project cargo zendingen. Je gebruikt jouw operationele logistieke kennis om efficiënt logistieke processen te begeleiden en waarde toe te voegen aan de supply chain. Naast het logistieke beheer ondersteun je bij het opmaken en opvolgen van offertes en leer je onderhandelen over commerciële voorwaarden.

  • Fungeren als primair aanspreekpunt voor klanten en interne stakeholders binnen project cargo-trajecten.
  • Administratief en inhoudelijk coördineren van zendingen en value-added services.
  • Samenwerken met interne teams, zoals operations en customer service, voor een soepele afhandeling van dossiers.
  • Klantrelatiebeheer via frequente communicatie en het opbouwen van solide klantencontacten.
  • Analyseren en opvolgen van KPI’s, o.a. offertesucces, klanttevredenheid en marktevoluties.
  • Regelmatig rapporteren aan de Project Cargo Manager en ondersteunen bij business intelligence taken.
  • Actief bijdragen aan continue procesoptimalisatie en het nemen van ad hoc beslissingen in een dynamische omgeving.

De functie vereist diepgaande kennis van shipping & receiving procedures, ervaring met logistieke coördinatie, en sterke vaardigheden in stakeholder-communicatie. Bovendien wordt verwacht dat je relevante rapportages opstelt en data-analyse inzet ter ondersteuning van strategische besluitvorming.
