Empty Equipment Coördinator

Maak impact in een sleutelrol binnen internationale scheepvaart

Ben jij resultaatgericht, georganiseerd en communicatief sterk? Als Empty Equipment Coördinator ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het beheer van alle lege containers in de Benelux en Zwitserland, zodat het transportproces soepel en efficiënt verloopt.


Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

  • Voorraadbeheer: Dagelijkse evaluatie van de beschikbare lege containers.
  • Instructies geven: Richtlijnen doorgeven aan import- en exportafdelingen over vrijstellingen en terugleveringen.
  • Stockbeheer: Bijsturen van voorraad op hinterlandlocaties op basis van contracten.
  • Samenwerking feedermaatschappijen: Overstock verplaatsen naar andere Europese havens.
  • Afstemming met centrale planning: Coördinatie met het Verre Oosten voor lege verschepingen richting Azië.
  • Data en rapportage: Systeemupdates opvolgen en foutieve data corrigeren voor accurate rapportages.
  • Operationele bijsturing: Contact met depots bij acute problemen en operationele aanpassingen doorvoeren.
  • Administratie: Verwerken van alle bijhorende documenten en gegevens.


Wie ben jij?

  • Opleiding: Minimaal bachelordiploma of gelijkwaardig denkniveau, maar attitude weegt zwaarder dan diploma.
  • Ervaring: Ervaring bij een rederij of in een soortgelijke functie is een pluspunt.
  • Resultaatgericht: Je werkt zelfstandig, bent georganiseerd en haalt doelen.
  • Communicatie: Vlot in Nederlands en Engels, mondeling en schriftelijk; andere talen zijn een plus.
  • MS Office: Vertrouwd met Excel en andere Office-toepassingen.
  • Persoonlijkheid: Proactief, teamgericht en probleemoplossend ingesteld.
