Voor een Dynamische SaaS bedrijf te Roeselare starten we de zoektocht naar een Support en implementatie Specialist. Het product zelf geeft kracht aan packaging teams om beter samen te werken van het design-to-shelf proces. Het bedrijf kan je beschrijven als een scale up omgeving met zo'n 13 interne werknemers.


Over de rol:

  • Customer support: contactpunt zijn voor de klanten omtrent vragen en problemen.
  • Troubleshooting: diagnosticeren en troubleshooting van technische issues en rapporteren aan het development team
  • Systeem configuratie: de klant helpen met het configureren van de software op hun specifieke noden
  • Service Delivery: contact punt zijn voor de klant en relatiebeheer
  • Documentatie: creëren van tutorials, how-to en manuals artikelen

We zoeken een junior profiel met niet direct relevante werkervaring maar wel:

  • Studieachtergrond in een IT gerelateerde topic
  • Analytisch sterk en gevoel voor business processen
  • Nederlandse moedertaal en sterk in het Engels (internationaal contact)
