Job description

One of my partners is looking for a project manager in the digitization.


The day-to-day tasks are :

  • Effectively manage multiple IT-related projects, from needs analysis to solution deployment.
  • Establish realistic plans for each project.
  • Guarantee the success of projects in terms of quality, performance, costs and deadlines, in compliance with specifications.
  • Direct project validation procedures, define deliverables, and plan and coordinate the various deployment and testing stages.
  • Provide regular progress reports.
  • Motivate project teams and external stakeholders involved in operations.
  • Provide a supervisory and coordinating role for all project participants
Profile description
  • 5 to 10 years experience as project manager in IT
  • Master's or similar experience
  • Soft Skills :
    • Leadership, ability to coordinate different projects, decision-making ability, facilitator with focus on business, attentive to change management, autonomy, analytical mind, facilitator and very good communicator (persuasion)
  • Technologies : SAP MS365, Salesforce, documentum
  • Certifications : Prince 2, ITIL, Change Mgt, project management
  • General knowledge in GDPR
  • Ideally experience in public sector
