Jouw missie

Als salesprofessional ga je verder dan het afwachten van leads: jij bent actief op jacht naar kansen die ons marktaandeel vergroten. Zelfstandig bouw je relaties met architecten, aannemers en projectontwikkelaars en zorg je voor een volle pijplijn met waardevolle projecten. Elk contactmoment benut je om te inspireren, overtuigen en langdurige samenwerkingen binnen te halen.

Wat je doet:

  • Nieuwe projecten scoren bij architecten, aannemers en projectontwikkelaars.
  • Het volledige salesproces managen: je onderhoudt het eerste contact, onderhandelt, en zorgt voor het sluiten van het contract.
  • Actief versterken van klantrelaties en het uitbouwen van strategische partnerships voor de lange termijn.
  • Uitwerken van offertes die perfect aansluiten op de wensen van de klant en onweerstaanbaar zijn.
  • Regelmatig bezoeken van klanten, showrooms en projectlocaties om maatwerkoplossingen te presenteren.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden en focusgebieden:

  • Business Development: Ontwikkelen en uitvoeren van een doordachte strategie om nieuwe klanten en grote projecten binnen te halen.
  • Client Acquisition: Gericht genereren van leads en transformeren van prospects tot klanten.
  • Account Management: Relaties beheren met bestaande partners en klantenportfolio uitbreiden.
  • Contract Negotiation: Onderhandelen en vastleggen van commerciële afspraken voor langdurige samenwerking.
  • Salesstrategie: Opstellen van salesplannen afgestemd op de marktontwikkelingen en behoeften van de sector.
  • Lead Generation: Uitbouwen van een sterk netwerk en inzetten van relevante contacten om business te genereren.

Vaktechnische vereisten:

  • Ervaring met business development en het sluiten van deals.
  • Grondige kennis van het opbouwen en beheren van netwerken in de bouw- of projectenmarkt.
  • Expertise in contractonderhandelingen en offerteprocessen.
  • Kennis van salesstrategie, relatiebeheer en leadgeneratie.
  • Bekendheid met LEED-certificering is een pluspunt.
  • Vloeiende beheersing van de Nederlandse taal.
  • Strategisch inzicht ten behoeve van het vergroten van marktaandeel en het ophalen van grote projecten.
Profile description

We zoeken iemand die zelfstandig én met veel goesting het voortouw neemt in B2B sales, bij voorkeur in de bouwsector of buitenschrijnwerk. Jouw commerciële flair en overtuigingskracht zijn je tweede natuur, en sterke relaties opbouwen gaat je vlot af.

  • B2B saleservaring, liefst in de bouw of buitenschrijnwerk.
  • Een bestaand netwerk bij architecten, aannemers of projectontwikkelaars is een grote troef.
  • Bent zelfstandig, gedreven en resultaatgericht: voor jou is een hunter-mentaliteit vanzelfsprekend.
  • Commerciële flair en overtuigingskracht maken deel uit van wie je bent.
  • Ervaring met business development strategieën, contractonderhandelingen en sales strategieën zijn onmisbaar.
  • Je voelt je als een vis in het water binnen enterprise sales en weet hoe je complexe netwerken opzet en onderhoudt.
  • Kennis van LEED-certificering en strategisch denken zijn mooi meegenomen.
