Senior Sales Executive

Ben jij commercieel sterk, een echte relatiebouwer en gedreven om nieuwe klanten te winnen? Als Senior Sales Executive ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het uitbreiden van het klantenbestand, onderhouden van relaties en behalen van commerciële doelstellingen.



Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

  • Klantbeheer: Opbouwen en onderhouden van relaties, klanten bellen en deals sluiten.
  • Prospectie: Nieuwe klanten identificeren en benaderen via CRM, kansen bijhouden en opvolgen.
  • Klantenbezoeken: Bezoeken van klanten en potentiële klanten binnen het toegewezen gebied, 3–4 dagen per week.
  • Salesuitvoering: Dagelijkse, maandelijkse en jaarlijkse salesdoelstellingen behalen.
  • Team bijdrage: Actief ideeën en best practices delen om het regionale sales team te versterken.
  • Marktanalyse: Marktontwikkelingen interpreteren en klanten adviseren over optimalisatie van hun supply chain.
  • Commerciële zichtbaarheid: Aanwezigheid tonen in de regio, deelnemen aan evenementen en presentaties geven.
  • Relatiebeheer: Samenwerken met lokale Account Executives of Account Managers om accounts succesvol te beheren.


Wie ben jij?

  • Ervaring: Minimaal 4 jaar buitendienst sales ervaring binnen de freight forwarding of logistieke sector.
  • Reisbereidheid: Bereid om meerdere dagen per week klanten te bezoeken binnen het toegewezen gebied.
  • Talen: Vloeiend Engels; Nederlands is een pluspunt.
  • Sales mindset: Commercieel ingesteld, resultaatgericht en gedreven om nieuwe klanten te winnen.
  • Vaardigheden:
    • Hunter-mentaliteit en oog voor business development
    • Kennis van logistieke concepten en supply chain
    • Sterke communicatie- en presentatievaardigheden
    • Goed in plannen, prioriteiten stellen en multitasken
    • Nauwkeurig en analytisch inzicht
    • Zelfstandig, positief en resultaatgericht
    • Vaardig met Microsoft Office
  • Persoonlijkheid: Enthousiast, overtuigend en in staat om sterke relaties op te bouwen binnen en buiten het bedrijf.
