Job description

Ben jij een technische probleemoplosser die graag machines vlot laat draaien? Heb je ervaring in industriële techniek en stuur je graag een klein team aan? Dan is deze uitdaging in de regio Antwerpen iets voor jou!

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

  • Als meewerkend voorman stuur je een team van 2 storingstechniekers aan en coördineer je de dagelijkse werkzaamheden.
  • Je analyseert storingen op een brede variëteit aan productiemachines en lost deze efficiënt op.
  • Je maakt duidelijke probleemdefinities en escaleert wanneer nodig.
  • Je overlegt dagelijks met collega’s tijdens ploegoverdracht en Daily Control.
  • Je optimaliseert formaatomstellingen en afstellingen van verpakkingsmachines.
  • Je neemt deel aan continu verbeterprogramma’s en SGA’s.
  • Je ondersteunt bij de installatie van nieuwe productielijnen en verzorgt preventief onderhoud.

Jouw profiel

  • Diploma elektromechanica, bij voorkeur op bachelor niveau, met 5–8 jaar relevante ervaring in mechanica, pneumatica en elektriciteit.
  • Ervaring in een industriële omgeving; kennis van de voedingsindustrie is een pluspunt.
  • Oplossingsgericht, proactief en veiligheid staat altijd voorop.
  • Ervaring met formaatomstellingen van verpakkingsmachines en diverse aandrijvingen, sensoren en pneumatische componenten.
  • Ervaring in het aansturen van een klein team.
