Key Account Specialist

Ben jij klantgericht, analytisch sterk en heb je ervaring binnen shipping? Werk je graag met key accounts en neem je ownership over servicekwaliteit? Dan is deze functie als Key Account Specialist iets voor jou.

Als Key Account Specialist ben je service owner voor toegewezen key accounts en waak je over de correcte uitvoering van premium serviceafspraken.



Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

  • Service Execution: Uitvoeren van contractueel afgesproken service-oplossingen voor toegewezen key accounts (GKA/RKA/LKA).
  • Escalatiepunt: Optreden als aanspreekpunt voor complexe cases, klachten of escalaties die niet opgelost raken via Customer Care.
  • KPI-bewaking: Garanderen van servicekwaliteit en behalen van premium service KPI’s.
  • Stakeholdermanagement: Professioneel samenwerken met lokale klantcontacten en interne teams.
  • Business Insights: Ondersteunen van Key Account Executives met analyses rond serviceperformance, kwaliteit, markttrends en commerciële opportuniteiten.
  • Tender & Offertebeheer: Opvolgen van offertes, spot rate aanvragen en correcte administratieve verwerking in het systeem.
  • Digitale ondersteuning: Actief bijdragen aan digitale adoptie via e-commerce platformen en self-service tools.



Wie ben jij?

  • Ervaring: Minstens 2 jaar relevante ervaring binnen shipping of maritieme sector.
  • Communicatief sterk: Vlot in Nederlands en Engels, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.
  • Klantgericht: Service-minded en sterk in relatiebeheer.
  • Analytisch: In staat om data om te zetten in bruikbare inzichten.
  • Probleemoplossend: Flexibel en creatief bij complexe vraagstukken.
  • IT-vaardig: Goede kennis van Salesforce en Google Workspace is een plus.
  • Teamplayer: Enthousiast en sterk in samenwerking met interne en externe stakeholders.
