Omschrijving van de Functie

Als Logistieke Planner ben je het centrale zenuwstelsel van onze logistieke operaties binnen een technische installatiegroep. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het coördineren van alle transport- en materiaalstromen tussen onze vestigingen, het beheren van ons interne rollend materiaal en het regelen van internationale transporten. Je werkt nauw samen met projectteams om ervoor te zorgen dat materiaal op het juiste moment op de juiste plaats aankomt, waardoor projectdeadlines worden gehaald en de klanttevredenheid wordt gemaximaliseerd. Dit is een afwisselende rol waarin je dagelijks prioriteiten stelt, problemen oplost en teams ondersteunt.

Belangrijkste Verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Opstellen en beheren van de planning voor intern transport tussen verschillende vestigingen
  • Coördineren van het interne rollend materiaal
  • Organiseren en opvolgen van externe verhuur van materiaal
  • Voorbereiden en aanmaken van leverbonnen
  • Plannen en regelen van internationale transporten
  • Aansturen en ondersteunen van chauffeurs
  • Nauwe samenwerking met projectteams om materiaalstromen af te stemmen op deadlines

Profiel van de Kandidaat

We zoeken naar iemand met een sterke administratieve basis, uitstekende communicatievaardigheden en een natuurlijke aanleg voor organisatie. Je bent iemand die kalm blijft onder druk, snel kan schakelen tussen verschillende taken en altijd het overzicht behoudt. Ervaring in logistiek, transportplanning of een technische omgeving is een voordeel, maar je enthousiasme en leergierigheid zijn minstens zo belangrijk. Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands en hebt een goede basis Frans en Engels.

Ervaring en Expertise Vereist:

  • Sterke administratieve vaardigheden met aandacht voor detail en nauwkeurigheid
  • Ervaring in logistiek, transportplanning of een technische omgeving (een pluspunt, maar niet verplicht)
  • Vloeiend Nederlands met goede basis Frans en Engels
  • Vermogen om snel prioriteiten in te schatten en tussen taken te schakelen
