Als Manager Life geef je leiding aan een team van vijf hooggekwalificeerde professionals binnen de business line levensverzekeringen, gericht op aanvullende pensioenen en bescherming voor zelfstandigen, bedrijfsleiders en KMO-werknemers. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het uitwerken van het jaarlijkse businessplan op basis van de overkoepelende strategie van de business unit.

  • Vertalen van het businessplan naar concrete acties en projecten ter versterking van de marktpositie en concurrentiekracht.
  • Sturen op marktontwikkeling, met focus op differentiatie en technologische voorsprong.
  • Coördinatie en opvolging van activiteiten binnen jouw productlijn, gericht op tijdige realisatie van actieplannen, optimale kwaliteit en kostenefficiëntie.
  • Analyse van markttrends en concurrentiepositie, detecteren van relevante externe evoluties en beoordelen van hun impact op de markt.
  • Nauw overleg met bankpartners, sales teams en makelaars om relevante klantbehoeften te identificeren.
  • Aansturen van en betrokkenheid bij veranderingsprocessen en vernieuwingstrajecten ter ondersteuning van groei en rendabiliteit.

Je opereert op het snijvlak van business development, strategische planning, marktanalyse, project- en stakeholdermanagement. Regelmatig rapporteer je over de voortgang van je projecten en de resultaten van jouw team, steeds met oog voor innovatie, risicobeheer en verdere groei van het marktleiderschap in levensverzekeringen.

  • Diploma en ervaring: Idealiter bent u afgestudeerd als actuaris of heeft u een economisch diploma met sterke mathematische basis (zoals handelsingenieur). Relevante ervaring met aanvullende pensioenen en/of levensverzekeringsproducten is een doorslaggevend pluspunt.
  • Project- en stakeholdersmanagement: U heeft bewezen ervaring met het leiden van projecten en het managen van diverse stakeholders, waaronder sales, banken en makelaars.
  • Creativiteit en organisatietalent: Uw kritische blik, dynamiek, organisatietalent en initiatief vormen de kern van uw aanpak. U weet plannen en projecten om te zetten in concrete acties.
