Wil jij meewerken aan grootschalige infrastructuurprojecten en een sleutelrol spelen in de voorbereidingsfase?

Als Tender Engineer Civil binnen een klasse 8 bouwbedrijf combineer je technische analyse, kostprijsberekening en strategisch inzicht om projecten succesvol binnen te halen.



Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

  • Tenderstrategie: Samen met het tenderteam werk je een plan van aanpak, uitvoeringsmethodes en planning uit.
  • Projectanalyse: Je analyseert lastenboeken, plannen en meetstaten in detail.
  • Calculatie: Je stelt kostprijsberekeningen op via calculatietools op basis van offertes, rendementen en werfkosten.
  • Optimalisatie: Je stemt af met interne teams om prijs, kwaliteit en uitvoeringstermijn te optimaliseren.
  • Stakeholdermanagement: Je onderhoudt contacten met bouwheren, studiebureaus en interne afdelingen.
  • Offertefase: Je stelt volledige offertes op inclusief bijlagen en technische documentatie.
  • Contractanalyse: Je controleert contractuele documenten en technische specificaties.
  • Projectoverdracht: Je zorgt voor een gestructureerde overdracht naar het uitvoeringsteam na gunning.



Jouw profiel

  • Opleiding: Master bouwkunde (of gelijkwaardig door ervaring).
  • Ervaring: Relevante ervaring als calculator/tender engineer binnen een aannemer.
  • Tools: Kennis van calculatiesoftware (zoals KPD BouwOffice) en MS Project is een plus.
  • Analytisch sterk: Je werkt nauwkeurig en denkt probleemoplossend en proactief.
  • Communicatie: Je overtuigt stakeholders met sterke argumenten en werkt vlot samen.
  • Innovatief: Je volgt nieuwe trends en technieken binnen de sector op.
  • Talen: Vlot Nederlands, goede kennis van Frans en Engels.
  • Flexibiliteit: Bereid om flexibel te werken binnen Vlaanderen en deels remote.
