In deze functie ben jij de strategische schakel tussen onze innovatieve R&D-afdeling en onze externe partners. Je gaat proactief op zoek naar de beste leveranciers voor jouw productportfolio en voert scherpe onderhandelingen waarbij prijs, kwaliteit en levertijd centraal staan. Jouw doel? De KPI's niet alleen behalen, maar structureel overstijgen.

Je bent bovendien de drijvende kracht achter de professionalisering van onze aankoopafdeling. Je implementeert tools zoals TCO-modellen en leveranciersaudits, en optimaliseert de supply chain via moderne trajecten zoals EDI en VMI. Wanneer er complexe issues zijn bij leveranciers, duik jij de inhoud in en ga je indien nodig ter plaatse in gesprek om tot een oplossing te komen.


Wat ga je concreet doen?

  • Strategische Inkoop: Leveranciers selecteren, auditeren en contracten onderhandelen in nauw overleg met R&D.
  • Procesoptimalisatie: De aankoopafdeling naar een hoger niveau tillen door het toepassen van professionele procedures en templates.
  • Support & Planning: De afdeling Material Planning ondersteunen bij leveranciersissues en masterdata in het MRP-systeem (D365) up-to-date houden.
  • Supply Chain Verbetering: Verbetertrajecten identificeren en uitrollen om de volledige keten efficiënter te maken.
  • Marktanalyse: Trends en ontwikkelingen in de sector nauwgezet volgen om je onderhandelingspositie te versterken.


Jouw profiel

  • Opleiding & Ervaring: Je beschikt over een (technisch) Masterdiploma of bent gelijkwaardig door minstens 5 jaar relevante ervaring als aankoper.
  • Technische Bagage: Je hebt een sterke affiniteit met de metaalsector (kennis van lasconstructies, verspaning, etc. is essentieel).
  • Analytisch vermogen: Je houdt van plannen, organiseren en het analyseren van complexe cijfers.
  • Systemen: Ervaring met ERP-pakketten (bij voorkeur MS Dynamics AX / D365) is een grote troef.
  • Talenknopen: Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands, Engels en Frans. Kennis van het Duits is een mooi pluspunt.
  • Reisbereidheid: Je vindt het fijn om af en toe een korte trip naar leveranciers in onze buurlanden te maken.
