Als Technisch Aankoper ben je de strategische eigenaar van jouw specifieke aankoopcategorie. Je kijkt verder dan louter de laagste prijs; je focust op lange termijn partnerships, technische superioriteit en een proactieve marktbenadering. Je werkt site-overschrijdend en bent de drijvende kracht achter de verdere professionalisering van onze technische aankoop.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

  • Strategisch Categoriebeheer: Je organiseert en optimaliseert de aankoop van technische producten en diensten (zoals machinebouw, elektriciteit of procestechniek) voor de volledige groep.
  • Onderhandeling & Contractmanagement: Je voert complexe negotiaties met internationale leveranciers om de beste condities vast te leggen op vlak van prijs, kwaliteit en levertijden.
  • Interne Business Partner: Je fungeert als de vaste gesprekspartner voor onze interne technische diensten en engineeringteams. Je begrijpt hun noden en vertaalt deze naar de juiste marktformule.
  • Kwaliteitsbewaking: Je ziet nauwgezet toe op de naleving van de aankoopcondities en bewaakt de kwaliteit van de geleverde technische goederen.
  • Marktanalyse: Je volgt technologische innovaties en markttendensen nauwgezet op om onze firma een voorsprong te geven op de concurrentie.
  • Procesoptimalisatie: Je creëert de juiste randvoorwaarden zodat onze aankoopprocessen steeds effectiever en efficiënter verlopen.

Jouw profiel

  • Ervaring: Je hebt een stevige achtergrond in technische aankoop (zowel op project- als categorieniveau).
  • Technische Bagage: Je beschikt over een goede basiskennis in minstens één technisch domein (elektriciteit, procestechniek, transportsystemen, etc.).
  • Talen: Gezien onze internationale context en sites over de taalgrens, communiceer je vlot in het Nederlands, Frans en Engels.
  • Analytisch vermogen: Je werkt vlot met MS Excel en hebt bij voorkeur ervaring met SAP (of een gelijkaardig ERP-systeem).
  • Persoonlijkheid: Je bent een bruggenbouwer die assertief kan onderhandelen en houdt van een dynamische productieomgeving.
