Responsabilités Principales :

Le candidat sélectionné sera l'attaché direct du PDG, la personne qui gérera l'ensemble de ses travaux.

Missions :

  • Organiser et gérer les priorités du Président Directeur Général.
  • Superviser le planning, les déplacements et les discours du PDG
  • Contribuer à l'élaboration et à la mise en œuvre de la stratégie.
  • Gérer la réception, la gestion et le suivi des interventions.
  • Piloter la communication interne et externe.
  • Contribuer au pilotage global de la structure.
  • Gérer des démarches projet.
  • Organiser des événements professionnels.
  • Assurer les relations publiques du Président Directeur Général.
  • Préparer avec les équipes le suivi de dossiers dirigés par le PDG, en sollicitant des expertises techniques au besoin.
Profile description

Profil requis :

  • Bac+4 en assistanat, administration ou Secrétariat,
  • Plus de 10 années d’expérience à un poste similaire.
  • Excellente aisance relationnelle et rédactionnelle.
  • Organisation, rigueur, réactivité, diplomatie.
  • Leadership, discrétion, attention aux détails.
  • Souplesse, adaptabilité, anticipation.
  • La connaissance d'une langue étrangère telle que l'anglais est un atout.
