Job description

Ben jij een gedreven commerciële professional met ervaring binnen zeevracht en projectlading? Als Commercial Executive ben je verantwoordelijk voor het uitwerken en opvolgen van complexe prijsoffertes met wereldwijde scope. Je ontwikkelt projecten, onderhandelt op hoog niveau en overtuigt klanten van doordachte logistieke oplossingen. Samen met interne stakeholders zorg je voor een vlotte en kwalitatieve dienstverlening.



Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

  • Offertemanagement: Opstellen en opvolgen van gedetailleerde en complexe prijsoffertes voor Breakbulk, Special Equipment en Project Cargo met wereldwijde dekking.
  • Onderhandelingen: Actief onderhandelen met klanten en internationale interne stakeholders om tot optimale commerciële afspraken te komen.
  • Relatiebeheer: Onderhouden en verder uitbouwen van commerciële contacten en duurzame klantenrelaties.
  • Netwerking: Actief deelnemen aan beurzen en netwerkbijeenkomsten om de zichtbaarheid en commerciële slagkracht te versterken.
  • Analyse & rapportering: Voorbereiden, analyseren en rapporteren van commerciële statistieken en KPI’s. Actief opvolgen van geopolitieke, economische en concurrentiële ontwikkelingen.
  • Coaching: Begeleiden en ondersteunen van junior collega’s in hun professioneel en commercieel groeitraject.
  • Rapportering: Rechtstreeks rapporteren aan de verantwoordelijke van de afdeling Project Cargo.



Wie ben jij

  • Opleiding: Bachelor diploma, bij voorkeur in een logistieke richting.
  • Ervaring: Minstens 3 jaar commerciële ervaring binnen de maritieme sector, idealiter in zeevracht of project cargo.
  • Dynamisch: Je functioneert uitstekend in een omgeving waar geen enkele dag hetzelfde is en neemt vlot ad hoc beslissingen.
  • Creatief & oplossingsgericht: Out-of-the-box denken is vanzelfsprekend en je denkt in oplossingen in plaats van problemen.
  • Communicatief sterk: Je bent overtuigend, bouwt moeiteloos solide klantenrelaties op en bent sterk in netwerking.
  • Stressbestendig: Je krijgt energie van scherpe deadlines en blijft performant onder druk.
  • Administratief nauwkeurig: Cijfermatig sterk en oog voor detail.
  • Talenkennis: Je spreekt en schrijft vlot Nederlands en Engels. Kennis van Frans is een pluspunt.
