Job description

Inside Sales Coördinator in Antwerpen. Deze rol ondersteunt het Sales team en is verantwoordelijk voor het beheren en uitbouwen van relaties met zowel expediteurs als rechtstreekse klanten.

  • Aanbieden van import-, export- en cross trade tarieven aan logistieke dienstverleners en directe klanten in nauw overleg met het commerciële team.
  • Opvolgen van uitgebrachte offertes en zorgen voor snelle, correcte tariefregistratie na succesvolle onderhandelingen.
  • Beheren, onderhouden en uitbreiden van de klantenportefeuille door potentiële en bestaande accounts actief te benaderen en prestaties in de gaten te houden.
  • Verbeteren van de klantbeleving door klanten proactief te informeren over nieuwe diensten, beleidswijzigingen en IT-oplossingen via verschillende kanalen.
  • Regelmatig klantcontact houden voor marktinzichten en het signaleren van zakelijke kansen ter versterking van de klantrelatie.
  • Cross-functionele samenwerking met interne teams gericht op verhoging van klanttevredenheid en optimalisatie van de dienstverlening.
  • Gebruikmaken van de nieuwste Microsoft Office-applicaties voor nauwkeurige gegevensverwerking, rapportages en databasebeheer.
  • Administratieve taken rondom offerte- en klantdossiers, alsook het monitoren en bijhouden van prestatierapportages.

De functie vereist sterke vaardigheden in onderhandeling, databasebeheer, professionele communicatie en prestatiemonitoring.
