In deze rol combineer je projectmanagement, people management en strategisch inzicht en krijg je de kans om zowel grootschalige bouwprojecten als een volledige afdeling aan te sturen binnen een stabiele en toekomstgerichte bouwomgeving.


Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

  • Projectleiding A-Z: Je leidt bouw- en renovatieprojecten van toewijzing tot oplevering binnen zowel de publieke als private sector.
  • Afdelingsverantwoordelijkheid: Je overkoepelt de afdeling gebouwen en stuurt (junior) projectleiders aan.
  • Coaching & begeleiding: Je ondersteunt collega’s in hun beslissingen en draagt actief bij aan hun ontwikkeling.
  • Werfopvolging: Je behoudt het overzicht over alle lopende werven en stuurt bij waar nodig.
  • Stakeholdermanagement: Je bent het centrale aanspreekpunt voor bouwheren, architecten en studiebureaus.
  • Strategische samenwerking: Je werkt nauw samen met de directie en rapporteert over voortgang en optimalisaties.
  • Besluitvorming: Je combineert technische expertise met commerciële inzichten en neemt doordachte beslissingen.


Jouw profiel

  • Ervaring: Minstens 8+ jaar ervaring in bouw- en renovatieprojecten.
  • Opleiding: Master bouwkunde of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Overheidsopdrachten: Sterke kennis van publieke projecten en aanbestedingsprocedures.
  • Leiderschap: Ervaring met het aansturen en motiveren van teams.
  • Technisch inzicht: Sterk in analyse, ruimtelijk inzicht en probleemoplossend denken.
  • Hands-on mentaliteit: Praktisch ingesteld met focus op kwaliteit en veiligheid.
  • Communicatie: Vlotte kennis Nederlands + basis Frans en Engels.
  • Teamplayer: Je werkt verbindend en weet mensen mee te nemen in jouw visie.
