Key Account Manager — Home & Lifestyle

About the CompanyWe're the GCC's leading private sales platform for premium and luxury brands. We connect over 35,000 curated members to exclusive, time-limited offers at discounts of 50 to 85%. We're asset-light, commission-based, and built for speed. The VerticalOne of our highest-potential categories covers everything beyond Fashion, Beauty, and Leisure: Homeware, Tableware, Décor, Electronics, Kids, and more. This is a growing space with serious upside.About the RoleYou will own the full commercial cycle for this vertical. That means sourcing new brands, negotiating terms, and managing accounts to maximize revenue per partner. You'll work closely with Operations, E-commerce, and Marketing teams to turn signed partnerships into high-performing sales events. You're not a relationship manager — you're a revenue driver who builds relationships. What You'll DoProspect and sign brands across the Home & Lifestyle universe — premium tableware, consumer electronics, curated décor, kids, and more — active in the GCC and European markets.Build and qualify a pipeline with enough volume to sustain consistent monthly sales across sub-categories.Negotiate commercial agreements: commission, stock depth, exclusivity, pricing — with a clear view of what makes a sale viable.Coordinate with Operations to ensure smooth logistics, custody handovers, and post-sale reconciliation.Track performance KPIs per account and use them as leverage in renewal and upsell conversations.Stay sharp on market trends, competitor activity, and new brand launches relevant to the premium GCC consumer. What We're Looking ForYou have 3 to 5 years in B2B sales, account management, or commercial roles with exposure to consumer goods, distribution, or retail. GCC market experience is strongly preferred. Experience managing multi-category portfolios is a meaningful plus. You're analytically comfortable — you can read a post-event performance report and turn it into a commercial conversation. You're organized enough to run 20+ active accounts without losing momentum on new prospecting. You have a hunter mindset with sharp commercial instincts and serious ambition. You're not here to manage a portfolio; you're here to grow one. You set aggressive targets, chase them, and don't stop when you hit them. You're revenue-obsessed: you track your numbers daily, you know your pipeline by heart, and you measure every brand relationship by what it generates. Brand development isn't a process for you — it's a competitive sport. You're fluent in English. Arabic is a genuine advantage. What We OfferCompetitive base salary with uncapped variable compensation.Ownership of a high-potential vertical with direct exposure to founders.A fast-moving, no-nonsense environment where performance is visible and rewarded. The opportunity to shape how a premium GCC brand discovers and partners with us.

Online Sales Manager

The RoleWe're looking for a senior e-commerce manager to own the P&L of our online sales activity end to end — not just execute operationally, but be accountable for the revenue generated. This isn't a merchandising or catalogue-upload role. You'll treat every sale as a business you're running: setting targets, analyzing performance in real time, identifying why conversion is or isn't happening, and acting on it before, during, and after the sale. You'll have full visibility into the numbers and be expected to defend them. This role reports directly to the CEO and is designed to grow into a Head of Online Sales position as the team and scope expand. What You'll OwnCommercial Performance (P&L)Full ownership of e-commerce revenue, conversion rate, AOV, and margin across all sales eventsSet and own sales targets per event, in collaboration with leadership and brand partnersBe the single point of accountability when a sale under- or over-performs — and know whySale Creation & Catalogue ExecutionOversee catalogue import, pricing logic, and merchandising for each saleEnsure every sale is structured to convert: product sequencing, pricing visibility, stock prioritizationConversion & UXOwn and drive the technical roadmap to continuously improve site conversionBring strong UX judgment — constantly ask "why isn't this converting" and "what would move the number"Work with the development team to prioritize and ship improvements based on data, not opinionReporting & InsightsProduce a structured post-mortem report for every sale: traffic, conversion funnel, channel attribution, basket behaviorTranslate insights into concrete changes for the next sale — this role is about compounding learning, not just reporting numbersCross-Functional ExecutionPartner closely with Marketing & Social Media to build and amplify campaigns for each sale (briefing, timing, channel mix)Partner with Operations to guarantee on-time delivery and a smooth post-purchase customer experienceAct as the commercial glue between sales performance, marketing execution, and fulfillmentThe Ideal CandidateYou bring 5+ years of e-commerce experience, ideally in flash sales, private sales, or off-price retail. You've already managed e-commerce sites or flash-sale platforms and know what good looks like — both in terms of commercial discipline and site performance. You have demonstrated ownership of an e-commerce P&L — not just site administration or catalogue management. You're genuinely comfortable in data (analytics platforms, e-commerce tools) and deeply curious about why numbers move. You bring solid UX intuition and have driven conversion-rate improvements by collaborating with technical teams. You're experienced briefing and collaborating with marketing and social teams on campaign execution. You have operational rigor — you understand that a great campaign with a late delivery is a bad customer experience. You're autonomous, low-maintenance, and comfortable being the accountable owner of a number. You're fluent in English and ready to be one of the most senior commercial hires, with direct access to leadership and real ownership from day one.
