Omschrijving van de functie

Als Suppy Planner Packing ben je verantwoordelijk voor het waarborgen dat onze klanten hun producten op tijd, volledig en volgens de juiste specificaties ontvangen – op de meest efficiënte manier. In deze rol combineer je middel- en langetermijnplanning met de operationele dagplanning van onze verpakkings- en menglijnen op onze site.


Je bent de schakel tussen verschillende afdelingen (supply planning, demand planning, kwaliteit, operations, magazijn en customer service) en handhaaft daarbij steeds de balans tussen servicelevel en efficiëntie. Je werkt nauw samen met collega-planners en operationele teams om bottlenecks te voorkomen en de verpakkingscapaciteit optimaal te benutten.


Belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Wekelijks samen met je collega-planner een 3-weken-plan opstellen en dit vertalen naar een gedetailleerde korte-termijnplanning
  • Zorgen voor de optimale benutting van de verpakkingscapaciteit en tijdig ingrijpen bij mogelijke bottlenecks
  • MRP-parameters zoals veiligheidsvoorraad en batch sizes onderhouden en optimaliseren
  • Werkorders en dagplanningen voorbereiding, inclusief alle nodige documentatie
  • De uitvoering van inpakorders volgen in ERP/MES en bijsturen waar nodig, met proactieve aandacht voor mogelijke problemen in de verpakkingsafdeling
  • Snel reageren bij harde tekorten en operationele uitdagingen
  • Proactief meedenken over procesverbeteringen en deze vertalen naar de praktijk


Ervaring en expertise vereist:

  • Masterdiploma of aantoonbare ervaring in planning/scheduling
  • Sterke analytische vaardigheden en oog voor detail
  • Uitstekende kennis van MS Office, met name Excel
  • Ervaring met S/4HANA SAP, AX Dynamics of MES is een plus
  • Goede beheersing van Nederlands en Engels
