Job Description:
As a Finance Business Partner, you will be in charge of:
- Analyze sales and expenses during monthly closings, preparing detailed reports for management
- Collaborate with colleagues in the Finance Shared Service Center
- Lead the financial planning process, engaging with various departments
- Manage product costs, pricing strategies, and working capital
- Ensure compliance and support annual financial audits
- Participate in global projects and conduct investment analysis
Your profile:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, or Business Management
- Solid understanding of finance and accounting (BE GAAP/IFRS)
- Proficiency in English; French and/or Dutch is a plus
- Strong IT skills, particularly with data analysis and ERP systems (SAP)
- A proactive problem-solver with a knack for building relationships
- Previous experience in Audit or Controlling is a plus
