Voor onze klant in Tessenderlo zijn we op zoek naar een Warehouse Teamcoach.


Jouw belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Leiding geven aan een team van ongeveer 15 personen en zorgen voor een gestructureerde, veilige werkomgeving.
  • Teamleden motiveren, ondersteunen en begeleiden via regelmatige feedback, evaluaties en persoonlijke gesprekken.
  • Heldere planning opstellen en de werkbelasting in de afdeling nauwlettend volgen.
  • Kleine technische storingen zelf of met het team aanpakken; grotere problemen doorverwijzen naar de technische dienst.
  • Samenwerken met het master data team om te garanderen dat alle productgegevens (gewicht, afmetingen, etc.) correct zijn.
  • Continu meedenken over verbeteringen in het pickingproces en regelmatig feedback geven over kwaliteit en productiviteit.
  • Ad-hoc taken coördineren, zoals verwijdering van vervallen stock en destructie.
  • Deelnemen aan kleinere verbeterprojecten, bijvoorbeeld gericht op beschadigingen of nieuwe pickstations.
  • Nauw samenwerken met teamleads, teamcoaches, onderhoud en HR.
  • Een cultuur van continue verbetering stimuleren door fouten op te sporen, oplossingen te zoeken en trends te analyseren.
  • Ervoor zorgen dat alle GDP-procedures correct worden gevolgd.
  • Bereid zijn om in een tweeploegenstelsel (vroege/late shift) te werken.


Jouw ervaring & expertise:

  • Minimaal enkele jaren ervaring in people management en teamleiding.
  • Aantoonbare ervaring in een magazijn- of logistieke omgeving, bij voorkeur met picking- of distributieprocessen.
  • Kennis van GDP-procedures en logistieke best practices.
  • Vaardigheid met MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Vermogen om planning op te stellen en werkbelasting effectief te monitoren.
