Job description

IT Applicatie Specialist – Transport Operations Systems (TOS)

We zoeken een IT Applicatie Specialist voor een logistieke speler die zal instaan voor het beheer van een TOS systeem.

Wat je doet:

  • Het TOS-systeem beheren, monitoren en troubleshooten
  • Gebruikersondersteuning bieden aan logistieke teams (on-site en op afstand)
  • Systeemconfiguraties uitvoeren en aanpassingen implementeren
  • Regelmatig naar Rotterdam reizen voor ondersteuning en training alsook de verdere implementaties
  • Technische documentatie en gebruikersgidsen bijhouden
  • Samenwerken met leveranciers voor updates en verbeteringen
  • Trainingen verzorgen bij systeemveranderingen
  • Rapportages opstellen over systeemprestaties en incidenten

Flexibiliteit: Na drie maanden inwerken werk je drie dagen per week vanuit huis. Hiervoor altijd on site te Wilrijk (of indien nodig Rotterdam).

Wie je bent:

Je bent een gedreven IT-professional met aantoonbare ervaring in TOS-, WMS- of vergelijkbare logistieke systemen. Je bent een probleemoplosser met sterke technische kennis, uitstekende communicatievaardigheden en het vermogen om complexe zaken helder uit te leggen aan niet-technische gebruikers.

Je hebt:

  • Minimaal 3-5 jaar ervaring met TOS-, WMS- of vergelijkbare logistieke applicaties
  • Sterke kennis van systeemconfiguratie, gebruikersbeheer en troubleshooting
  • Kennis van logistieke processen en supply chain management
  • Ervaring met IT-ondersteuning en gebruikerstraining
  • Vaardigheid met ticketing- en documentatiesystemen
  • SQL-kennis is een plus
