Omschrijving van de Functie

Als Sales Engineer ben jij het gezicht van het bedrijf in jouw regio. Je bouwt aan langdurige klantrelaties en vertaalt technische klantvragen naar slimme oplossingen op het gebied van motion control en aandrijftechniek. Je combineert technische kennis met commercieel gevoel en haalt voldoening uit het realiseren van concrete resultaten. In deze rol ben je verantwoordelijk voor het identificeren van groeikansen bij bestaande klanten, het actief zoeken naar nieuwe marktkansen en het uitwerken van technisch-commerciële voorstellen die beide partijen voordeel opleveren. Je werkt nauw samen met interne specialisten en begeleid het volledige verkooptraject van eerste contact tot en met het sluiten van de deal.

Belangrijkste Verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Relaties uitbouwen met bestaande klanten en groeikansen identificeren
  • Proactief naar nieuwe klanten en marktkansen zoeken binnen jouw regio
  • Klantbehoeften vertalen naar passende technische en commerciële voorstellen
  • Advies geven over toepassingen en producten in overleg met productmanagers en engineers
  • Voorstellen uitwerken en het verkooptraject begeleiden tot en met het sluiten van de deal
  • Onderhandelen over prijs, levertijd en voorwaarden met oog voor klant en marge
  • Salesfunnel actief beheren en CRM-systemen gebruiken voor overzicht en structuur
  • Marktontwikkelingen volgen en input geven aan marketing en productmanagement
  • Het bedrijf vertegenwoordigen op beurzen, seminars en netwerkevents

Profiel van de Kandidaat

We zoeken een gedreven professional met een sterke technische achtergrond en aangetoonde commerciële vaardigheden. Je bent iemand die klanten kan overtuigen, relaties weet op te bouwen en resultaatgericht werkt. Je hebt minimaal vijf jaar ervaring in een technisch-commerciële omgeving, bij voorkeur in motion control of machinebesturingen. Je bent zelfstandig, goed in plannen en organiseren, en je beheerst zowel Nederlandse als Engelse taal vloeiend.

Ervaring en Expertise Vereist:

  • Minimaal MBO+ werk- en denkniveau in een technische richting (bijvoorbeeld mechatronica, elektrotechniek of electronica)
  • Ruime ervaring (circa 5 jaar) in een technisch-commerciële functie, bij voorkeur in de verkoop van motion control of machinebesturingen
  • Ervaring met CRM-systemen en Microsoft Office
  • Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal
  • Rijbewijs B

In deze positie draag je direct bij aan de groei van het bedrijf door klantrelaties uit te breiden en nieuwe markten te ontsluiten. Je succes wordt gemeten aan het realiseren van omzetdoelstellingen, het opbouwen van duurzame klantbanden en het leveren van oplossingen die echt waarde toevoegen.

Infrastructure Engineer
