Job description

Ben jij een natuurlijke leider die energie haalt uit het aansturen en ontwikkelen van mensen op de werkvloer? Voor een sterk productiegericht bedrijf in regio West-Vlaanderen zoeken we een Teamleader die een ploeg medewerkers begeleidt en zorgt voor een vlot en veilig productieproces. In deze rol combineer je people management met operationele verantwoordelijkheid.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

Als Teamleader ben jij het aanspreekpunt op de werkvloer en zorg je ervoor dat alles binnen jouw ploeg efficiënt en gestructureerd verloopt.

Je takenpakket omvat onder andere:

  • Aansturen, begeleiden en motiveren van een team van productie- en logistieke medewerkers
  • Organiseren van het dagelijkse werk en zorgen voor een vlotte personeelsplanning
  • Onthalen en begeleiden van nieuwe collega’s tijdens hun opstart en opleiding
  • Opvolgen van productieprocessen en snel schakelen bij technische storingen of afwijkingen
  • Meedenken over optimalisaties en verbeteringen binnen het productieproces
  • Toezien op kwaliteit, veiligheid en orde op de werkvloer
  • Uitvoeren van administratieve taken en rapportering binnen het operationele proces

Je combineert leiderschap met een hands-on aanpak en draagt bij aan een efficiënte en positieve werkomgeving.
