Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

  • Teamcoaching: Begeleiden en ondersteunen van het auditteam, inclusief feedback en prestatiebeoordelingen.
  • Internationale coördinatie: Samenwerken met collega’s wereldwijd om audits van internationale dochterondernemingen soepel te laten verlopen.
  • Risicobeheer: Identificeren van bedrijfs- en auditriscio’s en strategieën ontwikkelen om risico’s proactief aan te pakken.
  • Analyse & monitoring: Diepgaand begrijpen van klantprocessen, financiële administratie en controlesystemen.
  • Evaluatie & compliance: Beoordelen van managementveronderstellingen en toezien op naleving van IFRS, BGAAP en vennootschapsrecht.
  • Data & KPI-analyses: Historische en voorspellende analyses uitvoeren met focus op budgetten, operationele data en KPI’s.
  • Relatiebeheer: Sterke klantrelaties onderhouden en bijdragen aan servicevoorstellen.
  • Talentontwikkeling: Teamleden trainen en actief bijdragen aan hun professionele groei.



Wie ben jij?

  • Opleiding: Master- of bachelordiploma in Bedrijfskunde, Economie, Rechten, Wiskunde, Ingenieurswetenschappen of vergelijkbaar.
  • Ervaring: Minimaal 7 jaar in financiële audit, bij voorkeur bij een internationale auditfirma.
  • Analytisch & probleemoplossend: Sterk in het interpreteren van complexe financiële data.
  • Taal & communicatie: Vloeiend Nederlands en goede kennis van Engels.
  • Expertise: Boekhoudstandaarden, regelgeving en financiële analyse; complexe concepten helder kunnen uitleggen.
