R&D Chief Engineer:

Als R&D Chief Engineer neem je de technische leiding over het R&D-team en geef je richting aan de ontwikkeling van innovatieve producten en technologieën.


 Je verantwoordelijkheden : 

  • Begeleidt R&D-projecten van idee tot prototype en nulserie met focus op kwaliteit, efficiëntie, kost en time-to-market.
  • Stuurt het R&D-team aan en zorgt voor duidelijke afstemming en voortgang binnen projecten.
  • Volgt nieuwe technologische trends en vertaalt die naar concrete en haalbare toepassingen.
  • Waakt over normen, veiligheid en maakbaarheid en fungeert als technisch aanspreekpunt binnen het team.
  • Stimuleert samenwerking, kennisdeling en denkt mee over de toekomstige technologie- en productstrategie.


Je verreisten :  

  Opleidingen

  • Master in Electromechanica, Mechanical Engineering of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.

Vaardigheden

  • Ervaring met R&D-projectleiding of een gelijkaardige engineeringfunctie.
  • Sterk technisch inzicht in machinebouw, mechatronica en systeemintegratie.
  • Vlotte communicatie in Nederlands en Engels.
