Job description

Als Senior Expediteur Export ben je verantwoordelijk voor het volledige exportproces van het plaatsen van orders tot aan de uiteindelijke levering bij de klant. Je werkt binnen een dynamisch logistiek team en plant, coördineert en bewaakt zendingen van begin tot eind.

  • Orderverwerking: Je registreert exportopdrachten nauwkeurig in het systeem en bewaakt de voortgang.
  • Transportmanagement: Je schakelt met vervoerders en organiseert alle logistieke stappen voor internationale verzendingen.
  • Douane en compliance: Je waarborgt dat alle documentatie correct is en voldoet aan lokale, internationale en douanewetgeving.
  • Incoterms en regelgeving: Kennis van Incoterms en relevante wet- en regelgeving wordt ingezet bij het kiezen en toepassen van leveringscondities.
  • Contact met klanten en partners: Je communiceert professioneel in zowel Nederlands als Engels met klanten, leveranciers en (douane)autoriteiten.
  • Oplossen van afwijkingen: Je signaleert mogelijke knelpunten in het logistieke proces en onderneemt passende acties om tijdige levering te waarborgen.

De focus ligt op het efficiënt, compliant en klantgericht uitvoeren van internationale zendingen waarbij je inzicht hebt in logistieke ketens, regelgeving en exportmanagement.

Profile description

Wij zijn op zoek naar kandidaten die zich kenmerken door een sterke mate van zelfstandigheid, nauwkeurigheid en verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel. In deze veeleisende forwarding-omgeving zullen zij hun uitgebreide ervaring in export inzetten om processen vlekkeloos te laten verlopen.
