Senior Auditor

Ben jij een ervaren auditor die verder wil groeien en impact wil maken? Als Senior Auditor begeleid je junior teamleden, werk je aan uitdagende auditprojecten en bouw je sterke klantrelaties op. Je combineert technische expertise met analytisch inzicht en draagt bij aan de ontwikkeling van je team en klanten.



Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

  • Mentor & coaching: Begeleiden en motiveren van junior auditors, kennis delen en talent ontwikkelen.
  • Strategisch auditdenken: Klantprocessen doorgronden, risico’s identificeren en auditstrategieën ontwikkelen die waarde toevoegen.
  • Optimalisatie & analyse: Financiële systemen en controlemechanismen versterken en analyses uitvoeren op basis van historische data, KPI’s en budgetten.
  • Compliance bewaken: Zorgen dat klanten voldoen aan IFRS, BGAAP en vennootschapsrecht.
  • Innovatie: Data-analysetechnieken inzetten om nieuwe inzichten te genereren.
  • Advies & relatiebeheer: Meewerken aan adviesprojecten en duurzame klantrelaties opbouwen.



Wie ben jij?

  • Opleiding: Master- of bachelordiploma in Commerciële Ingenieurswetenschappen, Toegepaste Economische Wetenschappen, Wiskunde, Rechten of vergelijkbaar.
  • Ervaring: Enkele jaren ervaring in audit en sterke kennis van regelgeving.
  • Analytisch & communicatief: Sterk in probleemoplossing en in staat complexe materie duidelijk uit te leggen.
  • Taal: Vloeiend Nederlands, goede kennis van Engels.
  • Digitale skills: Handig met Microsoft-programma’s en moderne auditsoftware.
