Naast het menselijke aspect hou je de operationele flow scherp in de gaten. Je plant de workload, denkt continu mee over hoe het pickingproces slimmer kan en zorgt dat de kwaliteit en veiligheid nooit in het gedrang komen. Je bent een spilfiguur die nauw samenwerkt met andere teamleads, onderhoud en HR om onze logistieke ambities waar te maken.

  • People Management: Je stuurt je team aan, coacht hen bij hun dagelijkse taken en voert zowel motiverende als uitdagende gesprekken.
  • Planning & Workload: Je zorgt voor een heldere werkverdeling en volgt de productiviteit van jouw afdeling nauwgezet op.
  • Procesoptimalisatie: Je analyseert trends en denkt actief mee over verbeterprojecten, zoals het optimaliseren van pickstations of het verminderen van beschadigingen.
  • Kwaliteit & Data: Je ziet toe op de naleving van de GDP-procedures en werkt samen met het master data team om te zorgen dat alle productgegevens (zoals gewicht en afmetingen) 100% kloppen.
  • Techniek & Ad-hoc: Je lost kleine technische storingen op met je team en coördineert extra taken zoals stockbeheer of destructies.
  • Veiligheid: Je stimuleert een cultuur van continue verbetering waarbij veiligheid en klanttevredenheid altijd centraal staan.

Je vereisten

  • Ervaring: Je hebt al enkele jaren ervaring in people management en weet hoe je een team begeleidt en enthousiasmeert.
  • Mentaliteit: Je bent een hands-on aanpakker die georganiseerd en nauwkeurig werkt. Uitdagingen motiveren jou en je past je makkelijk aan veranderende situaties aan.
  • Analytisch inzicht: Je bent sterk in het opzetten van planningen en ziet snel waar processen beter kunnen.
