Omschrijving van de Functie

Als Logistieke Planner ben je verantwoordelijk voor het coördineren en inplannen van personeel, materiaal en machines om ervoor te zorgen dat projecten efficiënt en volgens planning verlopen. Je werkt in een dynamische omgeving waar nauwkeurige planning, regelgeving en communicatie essentieel zijn. Je dagelijkse taken omvatten het analyseren van projectvereisten, het optimaliseren van resourceallocatie, het monitoren van transportlogistiek en het waarborgen van naleving van wettelijke vereisten. Je bent het centrale punt van contact tussen verschillende afdelingen en externe partners, en je draagt rechtstreeks bij aan het succes van bouwgerelateerde projecten.

Belangrijkste Verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Personeel, materiaal en machines inplannen op basis van projectschema's en beschikbaarheid
  • Bouwgerelateerde transportlogistiek coördineren en optimaliseren
  • Wettelijke vereisten en regelgeving naleven en controleren in alle planningsactiviteiten
  • ERP-systemen en digitale planningstools gebruiken voor real-time tracking en rapportage
  • MS Office-applicaties inzetten voor planning, analyse en communicatie
  • Communiceren met projectmanagers, chauffeurs, leveranciers en teamleden in het Nederlands en Frans
  • Capaciteitsproblemen identificeren en oplossingen voorstellen
  • Documentatie bijhouden en rapporten opstellen over planningsefficiëntie
  • Onvoorziene situaties aanpakken en flexibel reageren op veranderingen in projectschema's

Profiel van de Kandidaat

We zoeken een georganiseerde en proactieve professional met een sterke achtergrond in logistiek en planning. Je bent iemand die complexe logistieke processen begrijpt, nauwkeurig kan werken onder druk en uitstekend kan communiceren in meerdere talen. Je combineert technische vaardigheden met strategisch denken en hebt een passie voor het optimaliseren van processen en het leveren van resultaten.

Ervaring en Expertise Vereist:

  • Minimaal een Professionele Bachelor in een logistieke richting of gelijkwaardige ervaring
  • Grondige kennis van wettelijke vereisten in transport en logistiek
  • Vloeiende beheersing van MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Ervaring met ERP-systemen en digitale planningstools
  • Kennis van bouwgerelateerd transport (een pluspunt)
  • Vloeiend Nederlands en Frans in woord en geschrift
