This position is responsible for realizing visionary couture and bridal garments through expert pattern cutting. Working from initial sketches to the final fitting, the role brings artistry and precision to life in an esteemed Haute Couture Maison in Dubai, collaborating directly with the designer and atelier team.
- Transform sketches into garments: Develop and translate complex, feminine patterns into wearable works of art with a high level of structural, geometric, and fabric manipulation expertise.
- Drape and cut with precision: Execute draping, moulage, and cutting for demanding silhouettes, ensuring every toile is a true reflection of the intended design.
- Collaborate within the atelier: Work intimately with the in-house team, supporting processes that prioritize exceptional quality and meticulous attention to detail over volume.
- Conduct client fittings: Oversee garment development throughout multiple fittings, adapting and refining pieces in collaboration with high-end clientele for a flawless bespoke finish.
- Contribute to iconic collections: Shape couture and bridal ensembles destined for elite international clients and royalty, ensuring the highest standards of craftsmanship and discretion.
- Champion excellence in craft: Uphold the Maison’s core values, elevating both the product and the process through hands-on expertise in sewing, garment construction, and geometric problem-solving.
- Operate in English: Function as part of an international team, utilizing fluency in English
Based in Dubai or relocating with support, the Senior Pattern Cutter role is vital in a team where every detail matters—creating couture garments where luxury is defined by artistry and accuracy.
