Business Controller

Ben jij een analytische professional met een passie voor cijfers en strategie? Als Business Controller analyseer je financiële en operationele data, ondersteun je verschillende teams binnen de organisatie en draag je bij aan optimale bedrijfsresultaten.

Deze functie is hybride, met de mogelijkheid om deels remote te werken en regelmatig op locatie aanwezig te zijn om het operationele proces goed te begrijpen.


Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Rapportage: Leveren van periodieke en ad-hoc financiële en operationele rapporten voor het management.
  • Analyse: Onderzoeken van operationele processen en data-gerelateerde onderwerpen.
  • BI & Data: Ontwerpen, analyseren en uitvoeren van dagelijkse business intelligence-rapportages.
  • Strategisch advies: Financiële input leveren en ondersteunen bij beslissingen op alle niveaus van de organisatie.
  • Samenwerking: Nauw samenwerken met het controlling team en andere afdelingen om bedrijfsresultaten te optimaliseren.



Wie ben jij:

  • Opleiding: Bachelor- of masterdiploma in bedrijfseconomie, controlling, financiën of accountancy.
  • Ervaring: Relevante eerste ervaring in een financiële of controlling-rol.
  • Analytisch: Sterke analytische vaardigheden en goed in het begrijpen van complexe zakelijke vraagstukken.
  • Talen: Vloeiend Nederlands en Engels.
  • Digitale skills: Bedreven in Excel; kennis van PowerBI, Python of SQL is een plus.
  • Flexibel & mobiel: Bereid om af en toe door Europa te reizen en in bezit van rijbewijs B.
