- Collaborer étroitement avec toutes les parties prenantes du projet, y compris les équipes métiers, les clients, les chefs de projet, les dév , testeurs et les partenaires externes.
- Organiser et animer des ateliers en recueillant les besoins fonctionnels.
- améliorer le référencement (SEO).
- Analyser en profondeur les besoins exprimés par les utilisateurs et les équipes métiers.
- Fournir des Reportings sur les progrès et les activités effectuées aux équipes internes et aux clients.
- Au moins 4 ans d'expérience dans des contextes similaires (agence digitale, plateforme digitale).
- Maîtrise des logiciels (Adobe AEM, Sitecore )
- Maîtrise des 2 langues : Français et Anglais.
- Maîtrise des outils : Jira, Confluence, Invision et Miro.
- Expérience de l'agilité (Scrum) est un plus.
