Outside Sales houdt zich bezig met het actief genereren van nieuwe zakelijke kansen binnen de maritieme logistieke sector in de regio Antwerpen. De nadruk ligt op het acquireren van nieuwe klanten en het benutten van een bestaand netwerk om commercieel resultaat te behalen.

  • Uitvoeren van veldwerk: bezoeken van potentiële en bestaande klanten in de regio Antwerpen.
  • Identificeren en benutten van kansen in de markt, met focus op maritieme logistiek.
  • Gebruikmaken van een uitgebreid netwerk om deuren te openen en relaties uit te bouwen.
  • Toepassen van social selling technieken om prospects te benaderen en draagvlak te creëren.
  • Formuleren en realiseren van business development strategieën gericht op groei en acquisitie.
  • Verantwoordelijk voor het behalen van sales targets en het bijhouden van de voortgang in rapportages.
  • Onderhandelen en sluiten van contracten met nieuwe klanten, gericht op lange termijn partnerships.
  • Werken in een hunterrol waarbij target gedreven werken centraal staat.
  • Aantrekkelijk commissiesysteem op basis van behaalde resultaten.

De rol vereist dagelijkse interactie met decision makers binnen het maritieme logistieke speelveld in Antwerpen. De focus ligt op het uitbreiden van marktaandeel via effectieve sales-executie, slimme netwerkaanpak en continue opvolging van commerciële leads.
