Onze klant zoekt een Payroll Specialist die bedreven is in internationale HR-praktijken en gedijt in dynamische omgevingen. Vanuit ons kantoor te Aartselaar, zul je HR-zaken aanpakken terwijl je een integraal onderdeel bent van onze wereldwijde Country HR-opzet. Door nauw samen te werken met de Country HR-verantwoordelijke, Country Director, HR Business Partners en managers zowel binnen als buiten België, draag je bij aan ons team van compensatie & voordelen in Centraal- en Zuid-Europa, dat wordt overzien door een manager in Hongarije.


Je belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden:


Payroll & HR-administratie:

  • Zorg ervoor dat het salarisinvoerproces volgens wettelijke normen en interne procedures verloopt.
  • Controleer berekeningen en werk samen met het inhouse payroll operation center aan eventuele noodzakelijke aanpassingen, zorg voor nauwkeurigheid van de salarisadministratie.
  • Coördineer belasting- en sociale zekerheidsrapportage en financiering.
  • Ondersteuning bieden bij het afstemmen en voorstellen van nieuwe voordelen aan Global Reward.
  • Lokale beleidslijnen voor voordelen updaten en monitoren.
  • Lokale administratie van voordelen (pensioen, gezondheidsprogramma's, verzekeringen, enz.).


Arbeidsrelaties:

  • Ondersteuning bieden aan de Country HR-verantwoordelijke en managers bij arbeidsrechtelijke kwesties en sociale wetgeving (bijv. ontslagen, prestatieproblemen, waarschuwingen).
  • Algemeen sparren over juridische kwesties met betrekking tot HR.


Onboarding & offboarding:

  • Arbeidsovereenkomsten, introductie voor nieuwe medewerkers en afhandeling van exitprocedures.


Andere verantwoordelijkheden zoals mobiliteit, L&D, veranderingen in organisatiegegevens, enz.

Profile description

Wie ben jij:

  • Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring met Belgische salarisadministratie en voordelen.
  • Ervaring met werken in een internationale omgeving met een globale HR-opzet.
  • Ervaring met salarisadministratie, beloningen en arbeidsrecht.
  • Ervaring met HR-salarissystemen/SAP. Kennis van Protime is een grote plus.
  • Je bent vloeiend in Nederlands en Engels.
  • Je bent zelfsturend en comfortabel om zelfstandig te werken.
  • Je stimuleert en ondersteunt verandering.
  • Je werkt graag met mensen en diverse stakeholders.
