Als Cargo & Release Executive - Import/Export ben je verantwoordelijk voor de vlotte administratieve en operationele afhandeling van import- en exportladingen. In deze rol vorm je de schakel tussen het Operations team, Customer Care team en de klant. Je beheert het gehele proces van het finaliseren van laadlijsten tot het verwerken van IMDG-goederen. Je zorgt voor een nauwkeurige documentatie, een correcte afhandeling van boekingswijzigingen, en je bent verantwoordelijk voor het versturen van notificaties omtrent scheepsposities en vertrokken ladingen.

  • Finaliseren van laadlijsten en verwerken van IMDG-cargo.
  • Verzamelen van ontbrekende informatie en doorvoeren van laatste boekingswijzigingen.
  • Verzenden van notificaties over scheepsposities en bevestigen van vertrokken ladingen.
  • Proactief opvolgen van deadlines en zorgen voor tijdige afhandeling.
  • Op vrijdag werk je een uur langer ter voorbereiding op het weekend (dit kan je inhalen op een andere dag).
  • Samenwerken met interne en externe diensten en werken volgens bedrijfsprocedures.
  • Rapporteren aan de Cargo Care Teamlead.

Deze functie vereist een sterke administratieve en logistieke affiniteit, een goed begrip van documentafhandeling, kennis van logistieke coördinatie en het vermogen tot effectief klantbeheer. Er wordt gewerkt met zowel Nederlandse als Engelse taal, en er is een snelle adaptatie nodig voor verschillende IT-systemen en software. Teamwork en nauwkeurigheid zijn essentieel in deze dynamische werksetting.
