Solution Architect
One of our clients is looking for a Solution Architect to make their IT Team stronger...
Your role :
- Establish IT Architecture: Lead the development of IT architecture frameworks, methodologies, and standards.
- Oversee Solution Lifecycle: Manage activities throughout ideation, design, and implementation phases, ensuring alignment with business challenges and goals.
- Evaluate & Recommend Solutions: Assess the business context, propose tailored solutions, and recommend optimal options (including RFI, RFP, or prototypes), then plan phased implementation.
- Coordinate & Communicate Standards: Collaborate with relevant teams to communicate architecture and support the adoption of IT standards and procedures.
- Ensure Scalability & Cost Control: Guarantee solutions are scalable, financially sustainable, support IT project portfolios, and advance architectural innovation while enhancing efficiency and security.

- Strong Communication & Analytical Skills : Exceptional written and verbal communication, analytical mindset, and solution-oriented approach
- Self-Directed & Technically Proficient : Effective in indirect supervision environments, with broad knowledge of IT and adaptability to learn new skills beyond comfort zones.
- Collaborative Leadership: Interpersonal skills and a collaborative management style focused on teamwork, team-building, and technical creativity.
- Technical Expertise : Proficient in service-oriented and microservices architecture; skilled in Angular JS, Java, REST APIs, XML Web services, RPG, Message Queues, with preferred experience in Docker, Kubernetes, and OpenShift.
- Education & Experience : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent, with at least five years of experience as an IT application architect in secure networked environments.
