Missions :

  • Veiller au respect des directives de TP Bleu en matière de conformité corporate.
  • Superviser et coordonner les audits internes et externes de conformité.
  • Actualiser les procédures internes et proposer des améliorations continues.
  • Former les équipes sur les obligations de compliance et sensibiliser aux bonnes pratiques.
  • Identifier et anticiper les risques de non-conformité, en mettant en place des actions préventives.
  • Assurer une veille constante sur les évolutions légales et les standards RSE.
Profile description

Profil recherché :

  • Formation : Bac+5 (école d’ingénieurs, de commerce ou équivalent) avec spécialisation en développement durable, gestion de projet ou ressources humaines.
  •  Expérience : 5 ans d'expérience professionnelle, dont au moins 3 ans sur un poste similaire.
  • Expertise en audits de conformité et connaissance approfondie des normes RSE.
  • Solide expérience dans la gestion des processus de conformité et de risques.

Compliance officer - MLRO

You will be the designated Compliance Officer/MLRO, and be responsible for implementing the anti-money laundering compliance program, in addition to supervising daily the compliance with relevant laws.You will:Draft and update policies and procedures.Prepare and submit semi-annual reports to the relevant authorities on the effectiveness of internal controls, following the Authority's approved procedures.Audit current processes, identify areas of weakness, and present reports to senior management and the Board of Directors with recommendations for corrective actions.Evaluate new business initiatives, assess associated risks, and provide informed opinions.Review regulatory requirements, assess their impact on operations, and update the compliance monitoring program accordingly.Ensure continuous compliance and work closely with relevant teams to meet reporting obligations.Oversee or perform all functions of an Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Officer, including the establishment and monitoring of internal KYC/AML/CFT policies, evaluating internal suspicious activity reports, filing reports with the relevant Financial Intelligence Unit, and providing or organizing AML/CFT training for employees.Maintain up-to-date compliance records, including documents, logs, correspondence, and reports.Stay informed of internal procedures and regulatory changes.Promptly report suspicious transactions, suspicious activity reports, and other required reports in line with federal anti-money laundering legislation.Act as the internal contact for employees to report any suspected or known involvement in money laundering, taking appropriate action upon receiving notifications.Address employee inquiries and provide guidance on compliance matters.Ensure employees receive appropriate training on money laundering, and develop comprehensive training programs and awareness initiatives.Monitor customer communications and review marketing materials.Investigate and assist with resolving client complaints.Serve as the primary liaison with regulatory authorities regarding compliance matters, and respond promptly to requests for information from the Authority or relevant state bodies.
