Job description

Als Senior Facilitair manager ben je verantwoordelijk voor het volledige aankoopbeheer van technische faciliteiten, met de nadruk op HVAC-systemen en DBFM-projecten op lange termijn. Je begrijpt hoe facilitaire diensten werken, hebt overzicht over transacties met en bent sterk in onderhandelen vanaf het begin van nieuwe contracten. Je werkt vanuit centrum Brussel en rapporteert direct aan de Managing Director.

  • Onderhandelen met leveranciers over prijs, kwaliteit en voorwaarden van lange termijn onderhoudscontracten, inclusief kleding en tools voor techniekers.
  • Regelmatig overleg en contact met interimkantoren over werving van personeel en het onderhandelen van recruitment fees.
  • Beheren van bestaande leveranciersrelaties en actief zoeken naar verbeteringen in het leveranciersnetwerk, met veel bezoek aan locaties doorheen België.
  • Zorgdragen voor kwaliteit en opvolging van leveringen en diensten.
  • Dagelijks betrokken zijn bij multidisciplinaire meetings, contacten en contractafspraken op verschillende sites.
  • Technische kennis toepassen op facility management, installaties en aanbestedingen.


Profile description

Wij zoeken kandidaten die zich uitstekend thuis voelen in de wereld van technische installaties en die over diepgaande kennis beschikken van HVAC-systemen en faciliteitsbeheer. Inzicht in complexe, langlopende onderhoudscontracten is essentieel.

  • Technisch én relationeel sterk: U combineert meer dan tien jaar relevante ervaring in aankoop met een brede technische bagage. U begrijpt hoe facilitaire processen en transactiestromen werken binnen een veeleisende, technische context.
  • Communicatief krachtig: Wij zoeken iemand die makkelijk en professioneel communiceert, niet alleen met leveranciers en interimkantoren, maar ook met interne stakeholders. Assertiviteit, diplomatie en luistervaardigheid zijn absolute troeven.
  • Meertalig en flexibel: Kandidaten beheersen Nederlands, Frans én Engels op professioneel niveau. U voelt zich comfortabel in een omgeving met veel fysieke aanwezigheid op diverse locaties en bent bereid zich flexibel op te stellen naar werkuren en reistijd.
  • Zelfsturend en verantwoordelijk: U organiseert zelfstandig uw agenda en bepaalt uw prioriteiten, ook waar het het managen van meetings betreft – zowel on site als extern.
  • Diepgaande contractkennis: Uw expertise strekt zich uit tot DBFM-constructies en wettelijke kaders rond langdurige onderhoudstrajecten. U bent snel in staat om te schakelen tussen verschillende soorten contractonderhandelingen, van specifieke producten tot recruiteringsafspraken.
  • Stressbestendig en volhardend: Werken met een grote variëteit aan leveranciers, stakeholders en contractvormen vraagt doorzettingsvermogen en een gestructureerde aanpak.
