GENTIS is een gespecialiseerd bureau dat zich toelegt op het rekruteren van Quality & Preventie professionals voor diverse bedrijven. Voor een klant die momenteel aan het inzetten is op innovatie en technologie, actief in maatwerk ben ik momenteel op zoek naar een Quality & Process Engineer.

Als Quality & Process Engineer ben jij de drijvende kracht achter het waarborgen en verbeteren van de kwaliteit van onze producten en processen. Je analyseert bestaande processen, identificeert knelpunten en implementeert verbeteringen die leiden tot efficiëntere en effectievere productieprocessen. Je werkt nauw samen met verschillende afdelingen, waaronder productie en R&D, om ervoor te zorgen dat de kwaliteitsnormen consistent worden gehaald en overtroffen.

Verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Analyseren en optimaliseren van productieprocessen om de productkwaliteit en efficiëntie te verbeteren.
  • Ontwikkelen, implementeren en onderhouden van kwaliteitscontrolesystemen.
  • Uitvoeren van root cause analyses bij kwaliteitsproblemen en voorstellen van corrigerende maatregelen.
  • Het leiden van continuous improvement projecten gericht op procesoptimalisatie en kwaliteitsverbetering.
  • Bewaken en rapporteren van key performance indicators (KPI's) met betrekking tot kwaliteit en procesprestaties.
  • Samenwerken met interne teams en externe leveranciers om de kwaliteitsnormen te waarborgen.
  • Toezien op de naleving van relevante normen en regelgeving, zoals ISO 9001, en het uitvoeren van interneaudits.
  • Interne- en externe klachtenbehandeling

Wie zoeken we ?

  • Je behaalde minstens een Bachelor diploma bij voorkeur in een technische richting
  • Minimaal 4 jaar ervaring in een gelijkaardige functie
  • Een people manager waar medewerkers steeds terecht kunnen voor verdere vragen of feedback
  • Communicatief sterk, naast Nederlands spreek je ook vloeiend Frans
  • Je kan zowel in team werken als autonoom

Responsable Sécurité (HSE) / Conseiller en Prévention Niveau 2

Coordinateur Qualité Agroalimentaire

Responsable Qualité et Amélioration Continue

Au sein d’un environnement industriel spécialisé dans la transformation et l’assemblage de pièces métalliques, ce poste combine des responsabilités en contrôle qualité et en ingénierie de procédés afin d’assurer la conformité des produits et l’optimisation continue des process de fabrication.Responsabilités principales :Effectuer les contrôles qualité sur les pièces en cours et en fin de fabrication, selon les normes en vigueur.Participer à la mise en œuvre et à l’application des procédures qualité sur toute la chaîne de production.Identifier et signaler toute non-conformité, en effectuer le suivi, et contribuer à la résolution des problèmes qualité via l’analyse de causes racines.Collaborer avec les équipes techniques pour proposer des actions correctives et préventives.Prendre part à l’amélioration continue des procédés de fabrication et l'identification des axes de progrès, participation à la définition et à l’implémentation de plans d’action.Soutenir la veille et la diffusion des meilleures pratiques en matière de contrôle qualité et d’optimisation de process.Assister ponctuellement à la définition technique des méthodes de fabrication et à l’optimisation de l’organisation des postes de travail.Compétences techniques requises :Maîtrise des principes et outils d’amélioration continue (Lean Manufacturing, résolution de problèmes, etc.).Bonne connaissance des outils de contrôle de la qualité (checklists, diagrammes, contrôles dimensionnels, etc.).Capacité à mener des analyses de causes racines.Connaissances en génie industriel et en méthodes de fabrication.Notions en conception mécanique et en planification de la production appréciées.Familiarité avec la gestion d’un système qualité et l’application des exigences réglementaires afférentes à la production de composants métalliques.Langues de travail :Français courant à l’oral comme à l’écrit.Anglais technique apprécié pour la consultation de documents et les échanges avec certains interlocuteurs.
