Job description

Als Teamleider Cargo Care Import ben je verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse coördinatie en planning binnen het importteam. Je zorgt voor een optimale werkverdeling, analyseert prestaties aan de hand van KPI’s en stuurt bij waar nodig. Je motiveert en ontwikkelt medewerkers door regelmatige evaluaties, doelstellingen te formuleren en passende coaching te bieden.

  • Je werkt actief samen met HR om prestaties te evalueren en ontwikkelplannen op te stellen.
  • Optimaliseren van processen: je onderzoekt digitalisering, outsourcing en implementeert efficiëntere werkwijzen.
  • Je coördineert systeemtesten en begeleidt de implementatie van nieuwe werkmethodes in het team.
  • Als escalatiepunt pak je terugkerende operationele uitdagingen op en bevorder je samenwerking met andere afdelingen.
  • Je onderhoudt je vakinhoudelijke kennis en technische vaardigheden, onder andere in MS Office en digitale tools zoals Micro web, Coreor en MS Dynamics.
  • Naast teamcoördinatie neem je een rol op in resource planning en procesoptimalisatie binnen logistiek management.

Binnen deze rol combineer je logistiek management met leidinggeven, veranderingsprojecten en digitalisering, waarbij je zorgt dat jouw team de beste service levert in een internationale maritieme context. Je communiceert vloeiend in Nederlands en Engels, drukt je mondeling uit in het Frans en beschikt idealiter over basiskennis Duits.

  • Analytisch en kritisch ingesteld: Gericht op het verbeteren van processen, met een sterke focus op het behalen en opvolgen van KPI's en performance analyses.
  • Organisatorisch sterk: Je schakelt moeiteloos tussen resourceplanning, procesverbetering en change management, met een vlotte aanpak van digitalisering en outsourcing-initiatieven.
  • Communicatief vaardig en meertalig: Vloeiend Nederlands en Engels spreken is essentieel. Je weet je ook helder uit te drukken in het Frans en kan basisinformatie begrijpen in het Duits.
  • Technisch onderlegd: Je hebt een stevige kennis van MS Office en bent snel vertrouwd met nieuwe systemen of logistieke software. Affiniteit met systeemtesting of digitale transformatie is een pluspunt.
  • Klantgericht en flexibel: Je blijft kalm bij escalaties, denkt steeds oplossingsgericht en werkt graag samen met verschillende afdelingen om gemeenschappelijke doelen te bereiken.
  • Opleiding en ervaring: Beschikt over minimaal een bachelor werk- en denkniveau, bij voorkeur richting logistiek, en brengt relevante ervaring binnen de maritieme sector mee. Ervaring als people manager is een duidelijke meerwaarde.

Kandidaten met een proactieve mindset, sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en een passie voor het verbeteren van teamresultaten zullen zich in deze rol onderscheiden.
