Job description

Ben jij een ervaren douanespecialist met kennis van internationale handel en logistiek? Als Senior Douanedeclarant ben jij verantwoordelijk voor de aanmaak, vervollediging en opvolging van douanedocumenten voor diverse transportmodi, waaronder weg-, lucht- en zeevracht. Elk dossier is anders en vraagt jouw nauwkeurigheid en expertise.


Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

  • Douaneaangiften: Voorzien en verwerken van douaneaangiften voor grensoverschrijdend vervoer conform de geldende wet- en regelgeving.
  • Dossierbeheer: Opstellen van instructies voor correcte afhandeling van import- en exporttransacties en bijbehorende documenten.
  • Controle & rapportering: Signaleren van onregelmatigheden en rapporteren aan de leidinggevende.
  • Klantencontact & advies: Onderhouden van contacten met douane en klanten; adviseren over operationele douanezaken.
  • Correspondentie & vergunningen: Indienen van bezwaarschriften, BTI-aanvragen, aanzuiveringen en andere correspondentie met de douane; aanvragen van vergunningen en beheren van geschillendossiers.
  • Specialistische aangiftes: Opmaken van BFV-aangiftes, accijnsaangiftes, en aanvragen van toelatingen voor douaneopslagplaatsen of BTW-entrepots.
  • Wet- & regelgeving: Correct toepassen van douanetarieven en werken volgens ISO 9001/14001, ADR, veiligheids- en milieunormen.


  • Wie ben jij
  • Ervaring: Ruime werkervaring als douanedeclarant in een douaneomgeving, bij voorkeur bij een broker of logistiek dienstverlener.
  • Kennis: Grondige kennis van douane-, vervoer- en BTW-wetgeving; bekend met expeditie, transport en fiscale vertegenwoordiging.
  • Administratief & nauwkeurig: Sterk in dossierbeheer en aandacht voor detail.
  • Communicatief & assertief: Vlot in Nederlands en Engels, zowel schriftelijk als mondeling; durft gesprekken te voeren en klantgericht te blijven.

Professionele vaardigheden:

  • Transport- en douanedossiers beheren
  • Correcte toepassing van douanetarieven
  • Opstellen van internationale transportdocumenten
  • Klanten en douane adviseren over procedures
