Functieomschrijving:


Als M&A Manager ben je verantwoordelijk voor het beheren en uitvoeren van complexe M&A-transacties. Je werkt nauw samen met het management en andere stakeholders om succesvolle deals te realiseren die bijdragen aan de strategische groei van onze klant. Jouw taken omvatten onder andere:

  • Analyse en waardering van potentiële overnamekandidaten
  • Leiding geven aan en coördineren van het due diligence-proces
  • Ondersteunen bij onderhandelingen en het opstellen van contracten
  • Begeleiden van de integratie van overgenomen bedrijven
  • Opbouwen en onderhouden van relaties met externe adviseurs en financiële partners

Jouw profiel:


We zijn op zoek naar iemand met een sterke achtergrond in corporate finance, een strategische mindset, en een hands-on aanpak. Wat we graag zien:


  • Minimaal 2 jaar ervaring in M&A, investment banking, corporate finance of een vergelijkbare rol
  • Uitstekende analytische vaardigheden en een scherpe blik op details
  • Ervaring met het leiden van cross-functionele teams
  • Vloeiend in Nederlands en Engels, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk
  • Kennis van financiële modellen, waarderingsmethoden en juridische aspecten van M&A-transacties
