Wij, een gespecialiseerd bureau in werving en selectie, zijn op zoek naar een Senior GL Accountant voor een van onze fantastische klanten.

Onze opdrachtgever is een wereldwijde logistieke dienstverlener met een jaaromzet van meer dan 5 miljard euro. Met meer dan 200 medewerkers verspreid over meer dan 8 juridische entiteiten in België, zetten zij zich in om klanten in diverse industrieën te voorzien van multimodaal transport, opslag, picking & packing, handling, douaneafhandeling en innovatieve diensten. 

Functieomschrijving:

Als Senior GL Accountant ben je verantwoordelijk voor de financiële administratie van verschillende entiteiten. Je taken omvatten onder andere:

  • Nauwkeurige reconciliatie van rekeningen en interfaces, het uitvoeren van ad hoc analyses en de opvolging van de analytische boekhouding.
  • Beheer van de fixed asset module in SAP.
  • Voorbereiden van maand- en jaarafsluitingen ter ondersteuning van managementrapportages.
  • Fungeren als aanspreekpunt voor management en collega’s binnen de ondersteunde entiteiten.
  • Meevolgen van de loonverwerking en afstemmen met de HR-afdeling.
  • Opstellen van maandelijkse en jaarlijkse statutaire rapportages zoals BTW-aangiften, IC-lijsten, Intrastat, en nationale bankverplichtingen.
  • Coördineren van het proces voor de jaarlijkse audit en eerste aanspreekpunt voor informatie.
  • Voorbereiden van jaarrekeningen voor goedkeuring door de auditor en fiscale aangiften.
  • Samenwerken met collega's aan de budgettering en integratie van nieuwe acquisities.

De ideale kandidaat beschikt over:

  • Diepgaande boekhoudkundige kennis en 3 tot 5 jaar relevante ervaring als GL Accountant.
  • Een hands-on, resultaatgerichte instelling en de juiste maturiteit om verantwoordelijkheden binnen Accounting & Finance te dragen.
  • Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en een goede beheersing van het Nederlands, Engels en Frans, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.
