Als Financial Business Controller speel je een sleutelrol in het optimaliseren van financiële processen binnen een dynamische productieomgeving. Je analyseert kostenstructuren, stroomlijnt rapportages en draagt bij aan strategische beslissingen. Met een focus op efficiëntie en naleving van interne procedures ondersteun je de groei van de organisatie. Je werkt nauw samen met verschillende afdelingen en zet je expertise in voor ad-hoc projecten zoals investeringsanalyses en kostenmodellen. Deze functie biedt een unieke kans om impact te maken in een innovatieve, internationaal opererende organisatie.


Taken & Verantwoordelijkheden


  • Analyseren en optimaliseren van financiële processen en rapportages om de efficiëntie en nauwkeurigheid te verbeteren.
  • Identificeren van kostenbesparingsmogelijkheden en adviseren over strategische initiatieven.
  • Ondersteunen van de maand- en jaarafsluiting door financiële gegevens te controleren en rapportages op te stellen.
  • Ontwikkelen en beheren van kostenallocatiemodellen en budgetten.
  • Uitvoeren van financiële analyses ter ondersteuning van operationele en strategische beslissingen.
  • Waarborgen van naleving van interne procedures en regelgeving.
  • Actief deelnemen aan ad-hoc projecten, zoals investeringsvoorstellen en subsidies.
  • Fungeren als financieel aanspreekpunt voor verschillende afdelingen en het management.
Profile description
  • Je hebt een masterdiploma in Finance, Economie of een vergelijkbaar vakgebied, met ervaring in een industriële of productieomgeving.
  • Je combineert sterke analytische vaardigheden met een resultaatgerichte aanpak en werkt graag binnen strakke deadlines.
  • Je hebt ervaring met ERP-systemen (SAP) en bent technisch vaardig met financiële tools.
  • Je bent een uitstekende communicator die moeiteloos samenwerkt met diverse teams en overtuigend advies kan geven.
  • Je beheerst meerdere talen, waaronder Nederlands en Frans, en bent flexibel en oplossingsgericht in je werkstijl.
