Jouw taken en verantwoordelijkheden:


  • Financiële Rapportage: Opstellen en analyseren van maandelijkse, kwartaal- en jaarrekeningen om de financiële gezondheid van de organisatie te waarborgen.
  • Budgettering en Prognoses: Ontwikkelen van budgetten en financiële prognoses om toekomstige uitgaven en inkomsten nauwkeurig te voorspellen.
  • Interne Controle en Compliance: Zorgen voor naleving van financiële wet- en regelgeving en implementeren van interne controlesystemen.
  • Advies en Strategie: Bieden van strategisch advies aan het management over financiële planning en investeringsmogelijkheden.
  • Leidinggeven en Coaching: Begeleiden en ondersteunen van junior accountants en andere teamleden om hun vaardigheden en prestaties te verbeteren.

Profiel:


  • Ervaring: Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring in een vergelijkbare rol.
  • Leiderschap: Bewezen ervaring in het aansturen en motiveren van een team.
  • Talenkennis: Vloeiend in Nederlands, Frans en Engels.
  • Vaardigheden: Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden, analytisch denkvermogen, en een proactieve houding.
